Job summary

Loews Sapphire Falls Resort in Orlando is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to lead a busy food and beverage outlet. You will supervise staff, coordinate with other departments, and help manage scheduling, costs, and guest satisfaction.

The role requires 2–5 years of F&B leadership in hotel or resort settings, knowledge of beverage programs, and proficiency with POS systems and MS Office. You will coach and develop team members while upholding Loews high standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two to five years progressive food & beverage leadership experience in a hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant setting.
• Thorough understanding of food safety, inventory control, meal planning, and staff supervision.
• Knowledge of beverage selection and service, including wine, beer, and liquor preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and guest-service skills; ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

This role helps oversee staffing, training, and scheduling while ensuring service and product quality meet Loews Hotels' high standards.
