Job summary

Kiosk Information Systems is seeking a skilled shop candidate to set up and operate Amada press brakes, ensuring parts meet blueprint tolerances and quality standards. You will inspect formed parts, enter job data into E2, and maintain a clean, safe work environment in a high-output shop.

Responsibilities include tooling setup, measuring parts, and collaborating with QA to verify specifications. Overtime and weekend availability may be required to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience on Amada Press Brakes.
• Must be able to Set up Tooling and Program Machine.
• Must be able to read and understand blueprints and check parts to print specs.
• Ensures quality production through physical inspection.
• Maintains high level of accuracy, efficiency and safety in-process inspection.

Responsibilities

• Set up press brake using proper tooling to achieve desired result.
• Measure parts being formed to ensure within print tolerances.
• Have Q/A inspect parts to verify formed parts meet specifications.
• Scan all jobs into E2 for data collection.
