Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to set up and operate an AMADA press brake for complex bends. You will read blueprints, enter dimensions, select tooling, and verify tolerances while adjusting the machine for variances. The shift runs Monday–Friday, 3:30 pm–12:00 am.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 3 years of sheet metal precision press brake experience in a manufacturing environment. Safety and quality are paramount.

Qualifikationen

• Read and interpret blueprints or mechanical drawings for brake operations.
• Operate AMADA style brake machinery or AMADA ASTRO robotic brake system.
• Work safely and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Familiar with shop tools such as table/panel/chop saws and drill presses.

• Perform brake operations on AMADA style equipment per work orders and prints.
• Interpret drawings accurately and set up tooling for bends.
• Adjust tooling to achieve precise dimensions and tolerances.
• Conduct in-process inspections and document results in ERP.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and report defects promptly.
