Job summary

Prototek Digital Manufacturing is seeking an AM Technician for weekend shifts in Madison to support daily production, operate additive equipment, and deliver high-quality parts across diverse industries.

The role requires a high school diploma (technical degree preferred) and 1+ year of additive manufacturing experience. Practical knowledge of 3D printing technologies and the ability to read prints or 3D files are essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute build startups, machine setups, and material handling
• Support SLA/DLP, SLS/MJF, and FDM printing operations
• Perform powder handling, vat swaps, and machine calibrations
• Conduct post-processing and finishing operations
• Perform visual inspections to ensure part quality
• Maintain equipment and support preventative maintenance
