Job summary

Vista Prairie at Fieldcrest in Sheldon, IA is hiring a Resident Assistant for the morning shift. You will help residents with daily personal care, mobility, and safety to start their day with dignity.

Work alongside a care team, follow state guidelines for medications, and build real connections with residents. A high school diploma or GED is required; one year of health-care experience is preferred. Part-time with a $500 sign-on bonus for AM shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal care instructions.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
• Administer medications as directed, following state and facility guidelines.
• Check in with residents throughout the morning and flag any changes in health or mood to the care team.
• Create real moments of connection, not just checked-off tasks.
