Job summary

Vista Prairie at Fieldcrest in Sheldon, IA is hiring a Resident Assistant for the morning shift. You will help residents with daily personal care, mobility, and safety to start their day with dignity.

Work alongside a care team, follow state guidelines for medications, and build real connections with residents. A high school diploma or GED is required; one year of health-care experience is preferred. Part-time with a $500 sign-on bonus for AM shift.

$19.19–$22.25/hour, Morning shift, 6 AM–2:30 PM, part-time. Help residents at Vista Prairie at Fieldcrest start their day with the care and dignity they deserve.

Vista Prairie at Fieldcrest is an assisted living and memory care community in Sheldon, Iowa. As a Resident Assistant, you'll be part of the morning team that helps residents get their day started comfortable, safe, and cared for.

What You'll Do

• Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers
• Administer medications as directed, following state and facility guidelines
• Check in with residents throughout the morning and flag any changes in health or mood to the care team

What You'll Need

Required:

• High school diploma or GED

Preferred:

• One year of experience in assisted living or another health care setting

Pay and Benefits

• $19.19–$22.25/hour, based on experience
• $500 sign-on bonus for AM shift. Must be scheduled40+ hours per pay period
