Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Duluth, MN is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant (RA). You will support residents with daily activities, promoting dignity and comfort in a home-like setting.

Responsibilities include toileting, bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility assistance (including mechanical lifts), dementia care, and medication administration. Flexible shifts and rotating weekends are offered.

Qualifications

• MUST PASS a DHS Background Study.
• Ability to support residents with daily activities with dignity.
• Applicants must be 18+; CNA license may allow younger applicants.

Primary Responsibilities

What You Bring

Schedule & Compensation
