Job summary

Cambridge Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking an attentive Licensed Vocational Nurse for AM shift to provide routine nursing care to residents in accordance with federal, state and local standards. You will work under supervision, communicating clearly with residents, families and staff while maintaining privacy and dignity.

Requirements include LVN training with a valid license, CPR/BLS, and 3 years of med-pass experience.

Qualifications

• LVN training completed; valid LVN license
• CPR and BLS certification required
• 1 year skilled nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents
• Check vital signs and document progress notes
• Dress wounds and assist with catheter care
• Monitor and report changes to supervising nurse
• Assist and supervise CNAs
• Ensure privacy and infection control in all care
• Complete charting accurately and timely
• Participate in annual in-service training
