Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a Custodian for the AM shift at our Jersey City, NJ office. The role reports to the Senior Workplace Manager and requires onsite presence five days per week with a 6am–2:30pm schedule from Tuesday to Saturday.

The position involves routine custodial duties, event setup/breakdown, and collaboration with Facilities to ensure a clean, secure workspace. Prior custodial experience is preferred but not required, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks during shift.
• Strong attention to detail in cleanliness and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general custodial duties: dusting, mopping, vacuuming, restrooms, restocking supplies.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Assist in setup/breakdown of events and meetings.
• Coordinate with Facilities and Operations to meet office needs.
• Respond to tickets/requests from other departments.
