The beautiful Hilton Omaha is looking for a passionate individual to join the team as an AM Server for the Food and Beverage Division.

Inspired by the city’s historical Saint Nicholas Claim House of 1854, Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club is a modern bar and supper club in downtown Omaha. Serving brunch daily and dinner Tuesday – Saturday, the kitchen is led by Culinary Director Marvin Woods. The menu features fresh interpretations of supper club classics, from relish trays to prime rib carved tableside. Our full bar offers classic cocktails like the Brown Sugar Brandy Old Fashioned, made with spirits from local Brickway Brewery and Distillery, and playful after-dinner drinks like the Pink Squirrel and Grasshopper.

A Food Server is responsible for serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring outstanding guest service and contributing to the hotel's financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and specials.
• Take guest food and beverage orders and input them into the point-of-sale system.
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with regulations.
• Keep the serving station well-stocked at all times.
