MBK Senior Living is hiring a Server on a full-time AM shift ($14.00/hour) to provide high-quality dining service for residents, maintaining clean dining areas and supporting the dining team.

The role requires a High school diploma or equivalent and patience in serving diverse residents. Weekend availability is preferred, with room for growth and professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak, write, understand, and read English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals to residents, family members, and guests.
• Uphold table etiquette by serving from the left, clearing between courses, and resetting tables.
• Engage with residents, assist with meal selections, and attend to dining needs.
• Adhere to residents' dietary needs and care plans as outlined by the Supervisor.
