Atira Hotels is seeking an AM Server at Delta Willowbrook in Willowbrook, IL. You will provide exceptional food and beverage service, take orders, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure guest satisfaction during dining experiences.

The role requires a friendly, professional presence, the ability to lift up to 20 lbs, and can involve 8-hour shifts, nights, holidays, and weekends. Full-time employment with paid training and an employee assistance program is offered.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 6 months of closely related serving experience; high-volume or fast-casual dining preferred.
• Ability to interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Physically able to lift to 20 lbs and perform bending, twisting, standing, and walking.
• Effective communication skills to interact comfortably with customers and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders, enter promptly, and ensure accurate delivery.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and quality food service.
• Maintain table cleanliness and appearance by pre-bussing and ensuring adequate supplies.
• Present checks, handle payments, and provide change as required.

Job Overview
