White Lodging in Raleigh, NC, seeks enthusiastic servers to deliver exceptional hospitality and memorable dining experiences. You’ll interact with guests, explain menu items, and ensure quality service from opening to close. This role emphasizes teamwork, attentiveness, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service to guests with friendly conversation and recommendations.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties.
• Know menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a friendly, safe work environment.
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain neat, professional appearance and hospitality standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• A server will provide high quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings
• Complete all necessary set up, side work, and closing duties
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality
• Perform other duties as assigned
