Job summary

21c Cincinnati Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Server to ensure guests have a memorable dining experience from greeting to payment. You will take orders, suggest menu items, handle payments, and maintain clean, ready tables in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Prior food and beverage experience and guest-relations training are preferred; knowledge of food safety and POS systems is beneficial. This is an on-site role with Full‑Time/Part‑Time unspecified hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers warmly
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards
• Prepare dining tables for service, laying out napkins and utensils
• Take guest food and beverage orders accurately
• Know current menu choices, specialties and deviations
• Handle table assignments and seating
• Provide wine service tableside as needed
• Record revenue and process payments
• Assist with clean-up and bus tables
• Support kitchen with prep work when required
• Answer phones with proper etiquette
• Develop positive relationships with coworkers
