Providing positive interactions with guests is key. Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and respect at all times. Every associate is a guest relations ambassador.
Meet or exceed hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality, and attendance. Be adaptable to change and willing to learn new skills. Solve routine problems and seek help when needed.
Follow hotel security policies, including key controls, lifting protocols, chemical safety, and hazard reporting.
