Responsibilities include handling POS transactions, setting tables, stocking stations, and supporting bartending or bussing during peak times.

TIPS certification preferred; High School diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and enter them in the POS system.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws.
• Retrieve orders from food prep areas and ensure proper preparation.
• Prepare guest checks and process payments as appropriate.
• Perform other food and beverage functions such as bartending and bussing during peak periods.
• Aim to improve guest satisfaction scores and uphold EarthView sustainability guidelines.
• Follow safety and OSHA standards and work habits.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
