Job summary

The Mont Fort Worth is seeking courteous servers to join our Fort Worth team. You will take orders, know the menu, and deliver meals with accuracy and speed in a busy dining environment.

We value friendly, guest-centric service and reliable teamwork. Experience in hospitality is a plus, with Food Handler and TABC licensing preferred. This role supports both everyday service and events, including large groups.

Qualifications

• Previous server or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food handler certification and TABC licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen.
• Memorize the menu and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and correctly.
• Provide excellent customer service and address issues or complaints promptly.
• Clear tables, reset them for new guests, and maintain a clean dining area.
• Process payments and ensure accurate billing.
