Job summary

HRI Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Server to join our Food & Beverage team and deliver warm welcomes and memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have prior hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy in orders and payments. This role supports opening, closing, and side duties as needed, with opportunities for growth within our properties.

• Knowledge of menu items, allergens, and beverage options.
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
• Check back with guests regularly and anticipate needs.
• Process payments, handle cash, and balance receipts accurately.
• Maintain table cleanliness, reset tables, and support dining room organization.
• Communicate guest needs and concerns to management or kitchen staff as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling a plus.
