Job summary

Qualifications

Current LPN licensure.
New Grads are welcome to apply.
A Level One Fingerprint Card is required.
Current BLS for Healthcare Provider card.
Minimum 6 months of psychiatric experience required.
CPI Certification within 30 days of hire.
Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute psychiatric inpatient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Observe, record, and report changes in patients’ conditions promptly and accurately.
Monitor safety within the therapeutic milieu and assist in crisis management, including assaultive patients.
Assist in the admission process, data collection, and orienting new patients.
Document patient interactions and responses to interventions in medical records.
Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans.
