Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Prep Cook to support our culinary team by preparing high-quality ingredients and maintaining an organized kitchen. This role is essential to ensuring smooth service and upholding our standards of food quality, safety, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and portioning according to recipes and standards
• Assist in basic cooking tasks such as preparing sauces, stocks, and simple dishes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
• Follow proper food safety, storage, and labeling procedures (FIFO)
• Support line cooks and chefs during service as needed
• Receive and properly store deliveries
• Ensure kitchen equipment is used safely and cleaned regularly
• Assist with opening and closing duties
