Baywood Hotels's The Strand Cafe in The Canopy by Hilton downtown Ithaca is seeking AM and PM Restaurant Servers. This on-site role offers part-time and full-time hours with a competitive hourly wage plus tips.

You will play a key part in delivering warm, attentive service to guests across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and room service. We value friendly, dependable team players with strong communication and a guest-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and a genuine focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Deliver meals and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and hotel staff to ensure smooth service.
• Handle payment transactions and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Provide room service as needed with professionalism and care.
