The Elizabeth Hotel and Emporium in Fort Collins, CO, is seeking a Part-Time AM Pastry Cook to join our kitchen team. Prepare pastry items that meet production standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.

Qualificações

• High school education or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of food service experience.
• Ability to work as a team member and communicate with kitchen staff.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare food items of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Start items prepared ahead, avoid preparing more than needed.
• Date and rotate as per SOP, keep perishables at proper temperatures.
• Check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation and line setup.
• Note any out-of-stock items or shortages.
• Return unused food to storage with cover/date.
• Assist in planning actions to reduce food costs and waste per SOP.
