Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years cooking experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Adept at following recipes, plate presentation, and portion control.
• Experience in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute morning prep and service production with precision and consistency.
• Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and rotation procedures.
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet fine dining standards.
• Follow daily production schedules, prep lists, and par levels.
• Prepare meats, poultry, game, fish, vegetables, and fruits with proper techniques.
• Follow proper plate presentation and garnish standards.
