Peachtree Group is seeking a professional Line Cook to prepare food to exact chef specifications and set up stations for the menu. The role involves assisting the executive and sous chef with daily tasks and contributing to customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

The successful candidate will set up and stock food items, prepare sauces, and cook using grilling, frying, and sautéing methods while maintaining sanitation and inventory records. This position is for the AM, breakfast shift.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook or similar role in a kitchen.
• Ability to follow exact chef specifications and recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per food safety standards.
• AM breakfast shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock food items and supplies.
• Prepare items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and making sauces.
• Cook items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other methods.
• Maintain cleanliness and correct storage; proper sanitation.
• Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces after shift.
• Perform inventory checks and log food storage.
