Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Lansing is looking for a Lead Cook for Breakfast and Lunch to follow recipes and deliver well-prepared meals. The candidate should be proficient in multi-tasking, knife skills, and using various cooking techniques in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

Responsibilities include setting up stations, preparing ingredients, cooking with appropriate utensils, maintaining sanitation, and proper storage. The role comes with a comprehensive benefits package and 401(k) retirement match.
