Job summary

Chick-fil-A is hiring for a full-time kitchen team member in the United States. You will keep the kitchen clean, prepare cold menu items and catering trays, and ensure products meet Chick-fil-A standards.

You must stay updated on new products, maintain equipment safety, and participate in in-house training. Responsibilities emphasize teamwork, adherence to policies, and proactive communication with guests and team members while supporting leadership directives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have Open Availability Mondays-Saturdays
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace-hustle is a must!
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude, coachable
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
