Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking an AM Kitchen Helper to support resident dining with a fresh salad bar and friendly service. You will stock, wash, and maintain tableware, and assist in daily food preparation to start each day on a positive note.

This entry-level role requires at least 18 years old, basic English, and a willingness to obtain a food handler permit within two weeks. A Sunday-Thursday morning schedule is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.
• No previous culinary experience required.
• Able to obtain food handler permits within first two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine and monitor water temperatures for sanitation.
• Wash, store, and handle all tableware and kitchenware; keep dish room organized.
• Assist in cleaning food prep areas and bussing tables; deliver room-service orders.
• Safely use ovens, steamers, grills and small kitchen tools.
• Listen and respond politely to food comments or complaints and report concerns.
• Perform support work and other tasks, including trash removal.
