Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years' experience as a cook in restaurants.
• Able to read and follow standardized recipes.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
• Preparing food including cleaning, cutting ingredients, and cooking main dishes.
• Plating prepared foods according to senior chef's guidance.
• Work with servers to ensure timely orders.
• Wash and clean the kitchen and utensils and store equipment after shifts.
• Ensure kitchen procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards.
