Concord is hiring a Houseperson for the AM shift to support the hotel operations by cleaning public areas, transporting linens, and delivering supplies to ensure a guest-ready environment.

The ideal candidate has housekeeping or hospitality experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting the team. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required. The role contributes to a safe, clean, and welcoming guest experience.

Formación

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and support team operations.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and move supplies and equipment.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Basic communication skills with a guest-service mindset.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and supporting an exceptional guest experience.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and maintain public areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms, stairwells) to brand standards.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and sanitizing).
• Transport linen to floors and collect soiled linen for laundry processing.
• Restock housekeeping closets, carts, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Deliver guest-requested items (rollaways, cribs, towels, amenities) promptly.
• Assist Room Attendants with heavy tasks (linen removal, furniture movement, setup needs).
• Monitor cleanliness and safety of assigned areas; report maintenance concerns.
• Support additional housekeeping or setup tasks as needed to meet operational needs.
