Concord Hospitality is hiring a Houseperson to support the housekeeping team and maintain clean public areas. You will help with tidying, moving supplies, and assisting guests while staying active throughout the day.

Excellent guest service and a proactive approach are essential, along with basic knowledge of cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and carpet cleaners. This is a full-time, on-site role with a focus on appreciation and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience is helpful.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment listed above.
• Good communication and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds through the halls each shift to keep public areas clean and tidy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping on heavy lifting and priority requests.
• Report missing or found articles and any damage or repairs.
• Be attentive to guests and assist with questions or requests.
