Job summary

Concord is hiring a Houseperson for the PM shift in Lyndhurst, OH to support housekeeping by stripping and transporting linens, delivering supplies, and maintaining a clean, safe guest-ready environment for every stay.

You will perform routine cleaning, transport linens, restock closets, and assist with guest requests while supporting Room Attendants. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and support team operations.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and move supplies and equipment throughout shift.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Basic communication skills with a guest-service mindset.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms, stairwells) to brand standards.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and sanitizing).
• Transport clean linen to floors and collect soiled linen for laundry processing.
• Restock housekeeping closets, carts, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Deliver guest-requested items (rollaways, cribs, towels, amenities) promptly.
• Assist Room Attendants with heavy tasks (linen removal, furniture movement, setup needs).
• Monitor cleanliness and safety of assigned areas; report maintenance concerns.
• Support additional housekeeping or setup tasks as needed to meet operational needs.
