Job summary

HRI Hospitality is seeking an AM line cook to support the Hyatt Place Hyatt House Indianapolis Downtown breakfast service and hotel restaurant operations. You will prepare meals, follow safety guidelines, and assist with kitchen tasks to ensure guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least one year of hospitality or restaurant food service experience, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one year hospitality or restaurant food service experience required.
• Able to work with little supervision and maintain professional communication.
• Physical ability to stand long periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 lb.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare meals for hotel restaurant and catering functions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and receiving of F&B items.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and portion-control guidelines.
