The Windsor Court Hotel is seeking a friendly Server to take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction. You will prepare checks, process payments, and support the dining room with opening/closing duties and side work.

Responsibilities include knowing menus, upselling specials, and ensuring a clean, organized dining area while complying with alcohol and food safety certifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or hotel experience preferred.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations).
• Food Handlers certification (must comply with State regulations).
• Must convey information clearly and work well under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Take customers' food and drink orders and serve items promptly.
• Prepare itemized checks and handle cashiering at closing and end-of-shift paperwork.
• Escort guests, set up and clear tables, and maintain a clean dining area.
• Know menus and daily specials; maintain courteous, efficient service.
