Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville is seeking a Food Runner for the AM shift. This role supports seamless service by guiding food from kitchen to dining room with accuracy, pace, and professionalism.

You will describe menu items confidently, coordinate with Captains and kitchen staff, and maintain a clean, organized pass and dining area in a fast-paced environment. Evening and holiday shifts may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of fine‑dining or comparable service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage food at the pass with accuracy and presentation before delivery.
• Deliver food promptly to tables using assigned station numbers.
• Describe menu items and daily features clearly to guests.
• Maintain awareness of table status and pacing for smooth service.
