Parks Hospitality Group is seeking an AM Cook to join the DoubleTree by Hilton Raleigh-Cary culinary team. You will assist with food preparation and cooking to hotel standards, ensuring guests are served with care and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Cooks with prep or hotel/restaurant experience preferred.
• Basic food preparation and kitchen safety knowledge.
• Good communication and collaboration with kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines for consistency in quality and presentation.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (knives, grills, ovens).
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work surfaces and equipment.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and inventory monitoring of food deliveries.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Break down workstations, restock, and dispose of waste at shift end.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and assist other team members as needed.
