Resort Lifestyle Communities seeks an AM Cook for Village Crossing Retirement Community in Louisville, KY. You will prepare a variety of foods from scratch in a scratch-based kitchen, ensuring plates are high quality, visually appealing, and portioned to residents’ needs.

You’ll build positive relationships with residents and team members, support opening/closing tasks, maintain stock and cleanliness, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement in a warm, resort-style setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.
• Experience in kitchen preparation and cooking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high‑quality dishes using broiling, grilling, frying, and sautéing.
• Maintain clean, organized stations and monitor temperatures for safety and quality.
• Open and close the kitchen, assist teammates, and ensure smooth service lines.
