Job summary

Robinwood Retirement Community in Louisville, KY seeks an AM Cook to bring great food and energy to our scratch-based kitchen. You will safely prepare a variety of foods and tailor portions to residents' preferences, while building connections with residents, guests and teammates.

In this full-time role, you’ll participate in opening and closing duties, keep stations organized, and help maintain a clean, safe kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.
• Open to working a consistent schedule and PM shift as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes across proteins and vegetables; ensure plates are appealing.
• Contribute ideas and stay attentive on service line during meals.
• Handle opening/closing tasks; support teammates for a clean, safe kitchen.
• Keep stations stocked and organized; monitor refrigeration and freshness.
• Maintain sanitary kitchen by cleaning areas and logging temps.
