Driftwood Hospitality Management's Marriott Raleigh Durham Research Triangle Park in Durham, NC is seeking a part-time Concierge Attendant. The role involves welcoming guests, assisting with lounge access, taking drink orders, and stocking the M Lounge.

Shift starts at 5:30AM with a $17.00 hourly rate. You will be the first point of contact for guests, offering local recommendations and resolving questions to ensure a memorable stay.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a concierge role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the local area, attractions, and services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guest Assistance: Greet and assist guests by providing information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Local Expertise: Offer guests insider knowledge on the best things to do in the local area.
• Problem Resolution: Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
• Serving Guests: Take drink orders, serve light appetizers, and stock the concierge lounge.
