Job summary

Hotel AKA NoMad is seeking an AM Breakfast Server to deliver exceptional guest service during morning hours. You will greet guests, take and relay orders, and ensure accurate delivery from kitchen to table while maintaining clean, orderly stations.

Teamwork, professional appearance, and knowledge of food & beverage service are essential. This role includes lifting up to 30 lbs and complying with safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
  • Must be willing to cooperate and assist co-workers.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and guest relations.

Responsibilities

  • Check station before, during and after shift for proper setup and cleanliness.
  • Greet guests courteously and explain specials or promotions.
  • Record and confirm guest orders, input into POS system.
  • Deliver orders to guests with appropriate condiments.
  • Ensure service standards and compliance with alcohol service rules.
  • Replenish beverages and attend to guest satisfaction.
  • Promote desserts and specialty coffees when appropriate.
  • Close out checks and present to guests.
  • Attend to attendance and be available for regular shifts.
