Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Clinical Studies Coordinator II to independently coordinate multiple Alzheimer's disease studies within the Wake Forest University Health Sciences - Gerontology program. This onsite role requires a Bachelor’s degree with two years of clinical research experience and proficiency in EPIC/WakeOne; SOCRA/ACRP is preferred and CITI certification may be required.

• Bachelor's degree with two years' experience in clinical research or equivalent.
• SOCRA or ACRP certification preferred; CITI cert required if not completed.
• WakeOne training and Wake Forest training required for researchers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute multiple clinical research studies with minimal supervision.
• Recruit patients to studies and obtain informed consent.
• Abstract data from medical records and complete CRFs; ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate protocol issues to supervisor and participate in team meetings.
• Mentor newer staff and maintain confidentiality per policies.
