Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 5+ years nursing practice.
• Disease-specific oncology experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Nursing or accredited program; Masters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert in navigation and improve patient access to care.
• Coordinate care across oncology teams and clinics; document care plans and outcomes.
• Provide patient-centered education and bridge resources for timely access to services.
• Mentor junior nurses and support professional development within the navigation program.
