Job summary

Florida State University, Division of University Advancement seeks an Alumni Engagement professional in Tallahassee to develop and lead campus-wide engagement programs. You will collaborate with Libraries, Undergraduate Studies and donor relations to connect students, alumni, and donors through events, mentorship, and storytelling.

You will steward alumni data, track engagement metrics, and help align outreach with fundraising priorities while managing volunteer leaders and reporting on outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years’ experience or an equivalent eight-year combination.
• Driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain a Florida or Georgia Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage an alumni engagement plan spanning campus units and programs.
• Lead events and activities that connect students, alumni, donors, and volunteers.
• Oversee alumni data collection, maintenance, and strategic use.
• Coordinate with libraries, UG Studies, and donor relations to align fundraising priorities.
