Job summary

Saint Paul’s Outreach in Minnesota is seeking an Alumni Relations Coordinator to enhance connections with alumni, organize engaging events, and maintain accurate alumni data.

The role supports national initiatives, creates meaningful touchpoints, and helps keep alumni engaged, known, and connected to the mission.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Alumni Relations and fostering meaningful long-term connections
• Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse alumni groups
• Experience in Event Planning and Event Management to coordinate and execute successful events
• Expertise in Volunteer Management and the capacity to inspire and guide volunteers
• Proficiency with database software and tools for managing alumni data
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Communications, Public Relations, or Event Management is preferred
