Job summary

University of Vermont Foundation seeks a Program Coordinator for Alumni Relations to strengthen engagement with alumni, friends, and donors. You will manage the Alumni House operations, lead staff, and implement policies to support engagement programs while delivering high-level customer service in a welcoming environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with office software, and the ability to manage multiple projects with campus partners; a degree and several years

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and three years of professional administrative assistant experience.
• Experience in higher education settings preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency and data/document management.
• Able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Alumni House, with 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. schedule and staffing a welcome center.
• Manage facility and inventory, coordinate security, safety, and gallery displays.
• Support alumni relations programs and coordinate with campus partners.
• Provide office support and assist with other Alumni Association activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
