Job summary

Alliance Defending Freedom in Dallas, TX seeks a Blackstone Alumni Coordinator to support a global alumni network of Christian attorneys through meticulous administration and strategic coordination.

You will manage calendars, communications, and data entry, while collaborating with the Director of Blackstone Alumni to advance initiatives, acknowledge milestones, and maintain high-trust operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Grow the alumni network through data entry, reporting, and communications that engage a national network of top-tier Christian attorneys.
• Celebrate milestones by sending timely acknowledgments and tracking details in the internal database.
• Advance strategic connections by facilitating relationships between Fellows, Interns, and affinity groups by law firm, region, or interest area.
• Operate with discretion and integrity, handling confidential information with care.
• Anchor team operations by managing calendars and meeting logistics, preparing agendas, capturing action items, and supporting special projects.
• Keep the team running by serving as its operational backbone — document prep, mailings, shipping, file organization, presentation materials, purchase orders, and reporting.
