Job summary

St. Paul’s School in Concord, NH seeks a development professional to lead fundraising for The SPS Fund among alumni groups and to nurture a culture of philanthropy. Responsibilities include individual solicitations, form fundraising coordination, and volunteer management, working closely with the Advancement team.

Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in annual giving or alumni engagement are preferred; travel and weekend/evening work required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead SPS Fund gift solicitation for a defined group of alumni forms.
• Develop solicitation strategies across mail, phone, virtual, and personal visits.
• Support reunion giving and class-based campaigns to raise participation and revenue.
• Partner with volunteer class agents to strengthen solicitation and retention.
• Recruit, train, and support alumni volunteers as form agents and peer solicitors.
