Job summary

McCallie School is seeking an Alumni & Family Experience Manager to design and deliver meaningful experiences that deepen connections with alumni, parents, grandparents, faculty, students, and friends. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in event planning, engagement, relationship management, fundraising, hospitality, or related fields.
• Some travel required and occasional evening/weekend work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver events and programs that deepen alumni, parent, and friend engagement.
• Manage events from planning through execution and post-event follow-up with CRM data integrity.
• Collaborate with the Development Team to strengthen philanthropy and lifelong relationships.
• Evaluate events using data to refine and improve future experiences.
