Job summary

Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business is seeking a part-time Alumni Engagement Coordinator to help plan and execute high-level alumni programs. The role includes event support, volunteer recruitment, and data management in the CRM.

The coordinator will work with the DAUR team, handle communications, and contribute to fundraising-related outreach. Some evening and weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience.
• Two years of experience in a customer service field (e.g., alumni relations, development, events, hospitality, sales).
• Proficient computer skills: Google Workspace, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Mailchimp, Anthology, Advance CRM.

Responsibilities

• Supports event planning and communications related to Gabelli School of Business stakeholders (alumni, parents, friends).
• Supports implementation and execution of programs, events, and services to increase alumni engagement.
• Assists with entering contact reports in the CRM to support fundraising and constituent engagement.
