Beach House Center for Recovery in Juno Beach, FL is seeking a full-time Patient Relations Coordinator to bridge patient needs and recovery goals. You will manage a caseload, advocate for patients, and collaborate with clinicians to support the patient experience.

The role requires flexibility with evenings and weekends, strong communication across departments, and a commitment to compassionate care in a fast-paced setting. A comprehensive background check is required.

Qualifications

• Desire to serve the recovery community.
• Knowledge of 12-Step Recovery Programs preferred.
• Proficiency with Slack, Teams, and email.
• Ability to manage a caseload and logistics.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a dedicated patient caseload and assess daily needs.
• Attend weekly meetings to report progress with Case Managers.
• Coordinate essentials: funds, mail, Amazon, and building access.
• Support retention and crisis prevention for patients considering leaving.
• Collaborate with Alumni and Family Wellness for contact points.
• Liaise for seamless transfer and continuity of care with referred patients.
• Assist therapists with assigned caseload.
• Work with the Case Manager to resolve issues outside their purview.
• Coordinate with the medical team on health-related needs.
