Job summary

Second Baptist School is seeking a full-time Alumni Relations Coordinator to coordinate alumni programs and services that foster strong relationships with the school’s alumni community. You will help design and implement strategic goals to support the school’s Christian mission and advancement objectives.

As part of the Advancement team, you will engage alumni, plan events, manage communications, and maintain alumni data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating across departments.
• Proven experience in planning and executing large and small events.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to Christian values and the school’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate alumni programs and services to strengthen relationships.
• Plan and execute alumni events and campus activities within budget.
• Engage alumni via communications and social media.
• Maintain accurate alumni data and records.
• Support other advancement initiatives.
